Very clean/nice facility. The check in process with Anjee was 5 star service, she was incredibly friendly and helpful showing us where our unit was, helping us get the correct lock, and giving us enough information that we didn't even need to ask any questions. I definitely recommend this location.

After a mishap with the place I originally booked with, the manager Eric actually met me after closing early on New Year’s Eve, so that I would have somewhere to put my two trucks of stuff! I have been a customer of Stor's self storage wine locker for many years and recently rented a couple non wine storage units to accommodate our family's move. I have always been very pleased with their facility (super clean) and the exceptional service provided by Eric at the Cresta Bella location. We reserved their moving van to use on June 24th for the move and found it to be a great resource and conveniently located at the facility. Cresta Bella is amazing: it's new, beautiful and the manager is exceptionally helpful and genuinely thoughtful. Eric wants you to have a good experience, and you can tell he loves the place (he's always sweeping) and his work. I had a wonderful experience. Not only was the unit exactly what I wanted, climate control with NO pests, the locks are easy to manage, and Eric always was willing to assist me loading. Cresta Bella is also very green and has won awards, which I like. Highly recommended without reservation!

The air conditioned environment also made it very comfortable when I needed to look around in my storage unit. The staff are very professional and very accommodating.
