I have literally used a dozen self-storage facilities in the greater Austin area over the past 25 years. Most people use theirs as storage to dump their stuff in a forgive-and-forget, or for a small business to store their supplies. I use them for storing seasonal decorations, hobby parts (for my Jeep, woodworking, etc.), and occasionally when I'm moving. Every other self-storage would be lucky to get 3 stars.

The latest - the need for a storage unit. (I am moving from a large space in Austin to a smaller space in Cedar Park) I made numerous phone calls to several local self storage businesses. Feeling somewhat
frustrated as I had little to no knowledge about storage units - what size I needed, etc. My call to Stor Self Storage was a game changer, not only did I feel genuinely welcomed, the manager, Terry was extremely helpful - he worked with me to find the appropriate size unit and answered all my questions. The day I moved in, I was surprised to find the unit very clean and HE even assisted me in getting my door locked properly. Can I say "Superior Customer Service!" boys and girls? I also liked the online payment option, it was very easy setting up my account, their website is super user friendly. If you are in need of self storage? - I Highly Recommend!

When I say that Terry was a tremendous help and provided superior customer service.....well it still falls short of just how helpful, accommodating and kind he was when tending to us.
My fiance and I moved back to TX from Oklahoma and the entire process was very nerve wrecking, except for this portion. Terry made himself available after hours and double checked our unit as we were still in Oklahoma and movers were dropping our belongings off and well...who knows what would of happened. He helped us complete the leasing process online, even stored our keys for a couple weeks till we made back to TX.
