STOR Self Storage on Riverside in Irving is by far the best storage facility our family has ever used and we’ve used a lot over the years. Michelle (the manager) really went above and beyond for us - she is so friendly and professional - truly made us feel like family. The facility is clean, secure and well maintained, which made us feel good about storing our belongings in such a well managed storage space. This is my first time using a storage facility and while the units are nice and affordable, I’m more impressed with the staff, especially Michelle. She goes above and beyond to make your experience as stress free as possible. I’ve only had one of my storage units for about a month and I had already lost the keys! I explained the situation to Michelle and even though it was closing time, she drilled the lock off and was able to replace it with a new one in the span of 15 minutes!
As I was moving in my belongings, I also ran out of space in one unit, and Michelle quickly set me up with another one in a matter of minutes. She did this again within 5 minutes of closing for the day! She’s the nicest and most patient lady I’ve ever met. Nathan was incredibly professional and extremely helpful in my move from Austin to Irving. He went above and beyond to make sure I got all my paperwork in correctly, and that I had the sizing I needed for the exact amount of items I was storing. His quick communication made the most impact when we moved out of our storage unit over a weekend and were going to cancel the unit that Monday. He beat me to it on Monday morning with a call, because security had noticed our lock was off and items were moved out! I appreciate knowing now how secure our items were in this gated community.
