We visited Stor Self Storage and spoke to the manager, Michelle Malone, who was very helpful and friendly and helped us every step of the way. Stor’s facility is very nice, in a convenient location. What started as a bad week ended as a good week, all thanks to Michelle. She does all she can to make sure you have everything you need when seeking a storage. May God bless this wonderful lady.This storage facility is very well kept, and clean. The climate control is absolutely amazing here. The facility has top notch security systems in place so you won’t have to worry about unauthorized individuals coming inside. There are also restrooms, which I honestly feel is a courtesy to customers. You don’t really see restrooms in other storage facilities. If I could give this storage ten stars, I sure would.

After 3 days of dealing with packing and finally moving, we were due to arrive at the storage facility over an hour past closing. I called just before closing and Michelle Malone explained the situation. It was the first time for me to get into the facility and actually open the unit, and I was very nervous and worried. Michelle was amazing! She generously offered to stay after closing. We then realized that our unit, for which we had already paid, was too small for all we had, she arranged for us to get a larger unit, submitting paperwork, getting Passcodes, keys and all the time reassuring me. In the end; she stayed 2 here hours past closing until 8 PM!
I’ve never known such kindness from anyone. There are angels walking among us and when we are fortunate to meet one, it is an amazing experience. We were all exhausted and never once did she make us feel as if we were an imposition- and she had been working all day, tired and hungry. She inspires us to be better people. David is awesome. Works out great. Only thing is I wish they’d cool it down to 76 or 74 instead of 78. Some stores things need it a little cooler so be sure the temp works for you.

I didn't know what to make of the sign that said storage and wine cellar, but it is exactly as posted. The area had several configurations of available units to include small wine cellars (temperature and humidity controlled rooms). The staff was kind enough to explain it all to me. If I was in the neighborhood and needed to store anything, I would do it here.

I can't express how wonderful Stor was to work with. My husband had tried doing things online and it wasn't working and so I ran up to get it taken care of, no big deal, but the service from Michelle was unmatched! Went in to get a storage unit. Spoke with Michelle who was super helpful and knowledgeable. She took me to view the units and they are pristine. What a well lit, clean facility! Michelle didn't rush us even though we came in right before closing. She was very gracious. This is truly an upscale storage facility. For starters, they are super clean and have great lighting. The temperature is a consistent 75 - 77 degrees in the units. And you can even rent space in a wine cellar! The staff at the Keller Parkway facility is top notch. We have several units that we use for our business, and they have always accommodated our needs.
Pro tip: There is even temporary access to electricity if you need it, with outlets in the hallways.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when showing how to set everything up to get in and out of the building. The facility is very nice and clean. I especially enjoyed the carts to move large/heavy objects and the elevator for the second floor-it made having a unit on the second floor very easy! Overall this is a great place to store items!

I contacted Michelle Malone relief manager of Stor Self Storage located at 790 Keller Pkwy. Michelle was wonderful at her job, she showed me the unit and explained everything to me and was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable in her position. They advertised a discount and sure to their website I received the discount not like other places.

I recently rented a unit here after shopping around and I have to say there is great pride taken in this place as it is much cleaner than the others yet competitively priced. I love that it is so well lit and the magnetic doors make it much easier to move things in and out.
Most importantly are the employees who do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. This is one of the best storage places I’ve ever rented from. Great location, clean, comfortable and secure. There are flat bed carts to use for hauling your belongings back and forth. Restrooms have passcode and are always clean too.

This is far and away the best storage facility I have ever been to. The cleanliness is top notch and the ease of access is amazing. not to mention, my belongings were exactly how I left them, they were undisturbed and well protected in the storage unit. I have to make a special mention of Michelle Malone. She is a truly stellar employee and is an asset to the Stor company. She went out of her way to help me close out my unit and even helped me get into my storage unit after I discovered I had lost my keys. She always treated me with kindness and respect and she persevered when others would have given up. It's easy to underestimate how far good customer service goes. Thank you Michelle. I want to express my gratitude towards the professionalism and experience and excellent customer service that Mr Tyler gave me and my mother (my mother has her own unit). From day one that we were looking for storages he gave us all the options, like sizes and costs, with complete patience, as we asked many questions. Each time I walked in to pay, he greeted us and was always kind. He has demonstrated his professionalism in many way, too long to write, but in a nutshell I consider him to be EXECPTIONAL!. Wish other managers would learn from him. The facility was always clean and easy to access. It appeared that he was the only worker because each time I called or visited I would only see him. This place is amazing. Super clean, super secure. They have thought of everything to help you get your things in and out. We moved our stuff from another local facility and our stuff always had dust and debris there because it wasn’t climate controlled. It’s such a relief to know our things are now in a crazy clean, climate controlled environment, and we don’t have to clean anything when we need to use it. Go see Richard, he’s fantastic.
