I have very much the same to say as Kim in Boerne. Our new house is finally complete which is the only reason I moved out. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Angie always has a cheerful tone in her voice. Beautiful exterior. I utilized this location for about 2 years. I loved the location as it was on the way to & from work & conveniently located close to our old house and our new house construction site in The Canyons. I had a great experience. Staff was always friendly and helpful, the place was always clean, never had any billing issues. If I ever need it again they will be the first I go to.

This place is amazing !!! Alan personally assisted me and made sure everything was taking care of. I’ve had a lot of people assist me but Alan took the time, extra time to ensure our needs were met. The company did a really good job helping us with selecting the right sized unit for our needs. They explained the whole process very thoroughly (billing, security, rules, etc.). Very clean/nice facility. The check in process with Anjee was 5 star service, she was incredibly friendly and helpful showing us where our unit was, helping us get the correct lock, and giving us enough information that we didn't even need to ask any questions. I definitely recommend this location.

After a mishap with the place I originally booked with, the manager Eric actually met me after closing early on New Year’s Eve, so that I would have somewhere to put my two trucks of stuff! Cresta Bella is amazing: it's new, beautiful and the manager is exceptionally helpful and genuinely thoughtful. Eric wants you to have a good experience, and you can tell he loves the place (he's always sweeping) and his work. I had a wonderful experience. Not only was the unit exactly what I wanted, climate control with NO pests, the locks are easy to manage, and Eric always was willing to assist me loading. Cresta Bella is also very green and has won awards, which I like. Highly recommended without reservation!
